1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for products that are defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrect.

  • All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and tags.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Details of the product(s) to be returned

  • Reason for the return

3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrectly sent.

  • Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Approved refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment method (note: as we accept only cash-on-delivery, refund options will be arranged with you individually).

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for defective or damaged products only.

6. Non-Returnable Items
